6. Cancellation & Refunds
Under UK consumer law, you may cancel a booking before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
If parts have been ordered specifically for your vehicle, you may be liable for their cost if cancelled after ordering.

7. Vehicle Collection & Storage
You must collect your vehicle promptly once work is completed.
Storage charges may apply if vehicles are left on site beyond a reasonable period.
